Included in the Polar Bear Expedition Package:                                                                      
R/T flight Winnipeg (Canada) to Churchill, accommodations, all meals (except either lunch or dinner on your final day in Churchill), services of NHA's professional Expedition Leaders and assistants, all activities/entrance fees, evening wildlife and cultural presentations, all taxes and service charges.
Not Included
Travel to and from Winnipeg, lunch or dinner on your final day in Churchill, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, travel insurance, items of a personal nature (telephone calls, laundry, etc.).
Restrictions
  • Winner/recipient may choose from any 6 or 7 day 2011 Polar Bear Expedition date listed on our website, subject to availability. This is only good for 2011 dates.
  • Winner/recipient must book the trip within three months of departure. The Polar Bear season starts in early October and goes through mid-November.
  • Additional guests may join at the regular retail rate.
  • Winner/recipient may switch to a more expensive trip by paying the difference in trip cost.
  • Winner/recipient agrees to abide by NHA’s Terms & Conditions. No refunds will be made for trips cancelled once booked or for any unused portion of a trip.
